~as the sun had now set and the sand had settled, the new look of the battlefield brought something new with it - three shimmering objects sparked into view on top of the mountain, a sight that most were not welcome to see.
The rogue clan stood tall and over looked the furious battle betweent the two species. It appeared that neither one had a plain advantage.
With a grunt, shadowblade kicked in his night vision and panned across the bustling alien creature. Severed limbs and burning pits were scattered everywhere, a sight that shadowblade reveled in, he loved the chaos.
As the three hunters moved in slowly, topslice motioned to his commander and placed a hand on his shoulder. Shadowblade stopped and zoomed in the direction topslice pointed out. And there they were. In the midst of a heated war - the two prize trophies the shadowclan had come for - K20 and the alpha alien.
Shadowblade looked on with interest. The alpha alien had again regained the advantage, wounded but still in control, it had pinned K20 against the rock face and prepared to strike a fatal blow. K20.....The warrior that refused to buckle from the rogues 'new' code of ethics, or, lack of them. The proud hunter had tried to take on shadowblade previously but had failed, double crossed by quickslash, who was now, more rogue than ever.
Enough. Shadowblade snapped out of his train of thought and throatily clicked at his two minions - in a hum of machinery, plasma casters heated up and took aim, it would be a success to take out both the alpha alien and K20 together, a quick job for the rogues.
Daveberg held K20 by the throat and opened his wide jaws of death, dripping with slime, the hunter, with his arms grasped the indented skull of the xenomorph trying to hold it back......BAAAAAAAMMMMM!!!
A massive concentrated blast from three plasma casters slammed into the ground at the feet of the battling creatures, blowing them apart from eachother. Shadowblade puffed out his chest in arrogance, then motioned his troops in for the kill~
i can smell your fear.
