FireHunter versus Stoneheart

Kidd, Human, 15 years ago

Setting: Fiorina 161 Foundry
Year: 2183

Inside an abandon facility, a group of space pirates explore the rustic ruins of the old colony that use to house males of double Y chromosones. Unknown to the crew, they search the place for refuge. It was not long before they settled down to gather themselves from a near fatal fight with the military. Gathering what they can use and finding several old, human skeletons within the complex, the pirates begins to questions the safety of the place, and they soon relized one of their own has gone missing.

Days pass and nothing remained of the crew that believed to have found refuge in the ruins of the foundry. The only thing that remains alive in this haunting complex is a creature of great fear. Stories spread and people made tales of this creature, making the colony an haunting site in the galaxy, only attracting the bravest of men to investigate. Thus, this left the Marines and and the Corporation very unintrested to believe, as they do know it is some fantasy that was spread out by the only known survivor they have policed back in 2179.

To some, these tales were ghost stories, but to others, they were legends which did indeed attract a brave yautja warrior to investigate and hopefully to prove himself to become Blooded within his clan. It was successful and the warrior soon found himself inside the facility in search of this great beast that haunts this very colony. Hoping to bring himself fame and to have the tales turn him into a legendary warrior, the hunter stalks the empty corridors and rooms in search of this great serphent who dwells inside.

FireHunter, Human, 15 years ago

FireHunter looked at the Space Pirates as they passed under the flickering light, he was concealed in shadows, and could not be seen. They passed him, and he grabbed the man at the back, not a sound was heard, not even his gun clattering to the ground. No gasp, no noise. FireHunter had the man by the throat, the gun was suspended on the shoulder strap hanging from the man's arm. He could not move, nor could he breathe, his throat was crushed like a paper tube, he fell to the ground without a sound. He scuttled through the hallowed halls, stalking the Pirates, he made small noises to draw them to his special room. He hissed and growled, still dragging their fallen comrade, he made it to his room, they were just outside. He punched through the man's back, and squeezed his lungs, as he had done before, many, many times. The scream echoed through the place, a horrible, tortured scream, the mouth moved, the eyes rolled, it was terrifyingly realistic. FireHunter had mastered this over many years, he had one hand squeezing the lungs, the other manipulating the head and body. The door burst open, and a squad of fourteen space pirates came in, stopping and staring in horror at their mutilated comrade screaming at seemingly nothing. Then they noticed the huge shape, rising up like a behemoth, in the shadows behind him, the slime glistening in the light. They saw a tendril of horrible darkness slither up, and the light was gone. The noises of gunfire and screams was drowned out by one, mighty roar that shook the room, and then silence, then it all started again, the numbers of the Space Pirates were whittled down to four in a matter of seconds, ten dead, all of them with something missing from their bodies, whether it be arm, leg, or head. The four that were left ran down the hall, followed by a hideous, screaming monster that thundered down the halls, they only saw glimpses of it. A tail, a head that was coated with blood and was bigger than a man's torso, and a mighty claw swiping downwards, downing the man who lagged behind, he screamed as he was dragged into the depths of darkness.
Half his body flew towards the third man, the bloody chest and head hit the man dead in the back of the head, blinded by an intestine that wrapped around his head, he continued running. FireHunter caught up to him so quickly that the last thing that went through his head was the beast's tail, it plunged through the skull, and the floor. It wrenched it's tail upwards, the brain of the man splattered onto the ceiling, and the body was flipped over, the last two men stared at the creature in horror, what could spawn such a monster? It stood well over ten feet tall and had claws that were bigger than knives, it had four appendages on it's mighty head, each ending in a terrible claw. It was almost a monstrous ball of armored muscle, with a tail that was nigh twelve feet in length, as muscular as they were, it's legs still looked almost too frail to support such a beast. It grinned a deadly grin, blood and saliva pooling on the floor at it's feet, it's shell was of the purest of black, and a dark red color around the joints, it roared and they bolted around the corner and into another room, they focused on the rusty iron door that they were sure it would come through.
That's when the light was shattered by that tendril of darkness that was the beast's tail again.
The second man was crushed by it's weight, and if that wasn't enough, it's mighty jaws clamped down on his neck and ripped through, blood fountained as the jugular vein was torn asunder. The last man ran straight into another wall, just around the bend, he fell on the ground as the huge beast loomed above him, the light behind it formed a halo, as if it were his savior, too bad it was the opposite.
The man backed towards the wall.
FireHunter stood up to full height and roared, lunging forward, but before FireHunter could tear the man to pieces, he had bolted down the hall through his legs, FireHunter ripped a chunk of the wall out and hurled it at the fleeing shadow.
It hit with alarming accuracy, the two halves slid down symmetrically, a good shot, but merely a fluke.
FireHunter took no notice of spectacular throws like that, it was just another kill to him.
Years later.
He bellowed mightily, a horrendous scream that pierced the ears and rattled the teeth.
StoneHeart was below him, and looked up just in time to see death descending on him, in the form of a titanic black claw arching towards him, sending him across the hall, he looked up to see it bash it's way out of a vent. Green blood spattered his vision.
It must have torn through his helmet. It advanced slowly, growling and hissing.
It had dried red blood caking it's body, which flaked off, landing softly on the ground and giving it's carapace a cracked appearance.
It was FireHunter.
It was hungry, hungry for the flesh it was spawned from, hungry for the bittersweet taste of Yautja blood.
FireHunter had in fact, ripped a gaping hole in the forehead area of the Yautja's helmet, and scratched the skin, revealing the bone beneath.
Merely a flesh wound.
FireHunter kicked his adversary down the hallway.
He grinned his devilish grin, and screeched.

StoneHeart, Human, 15 years ago

Stone Heart got back up, the young Predator was a monter to most, at 9 foot tall and a staggering 900 pounds, but even he was small compared to the monster infront of him. The young Predator took off his helmet and saw the hole in it. He roared and put it back on, it would have to do. He switched his vision to Predator, the monster was illuminated infront of him now, as if light had surrounded him. Stone Heart roared at the menace, he would have to be the victor of this fight. He double extended his wrist blades and kept his left arm, which was his weak arm next the the thing. Both wrists had a self destruct device on them, he double extended the wrist blades on his left arm. He then stood up straight and looked the monster in his eyes, he roared a challenging roar, echoing throughout the compound, it being as loud as Firehunters roar. Stone Heart then roared again, before taking out his shruken and throwing it Fire's head. He had threw it with a curve, so it only skimmed the right side of Firehunters head. He cursed for his miss and caught it as it came back. He looked at the blades, one of them had melted off. He threw it again, this time it went all the way into the upper torso, right under the chest. The Predator watched as it dissapeared into it's torso. He took out his Glaive in his right hand and extended it, the staff shot to 10 foot in length, various markings on it from his many victories. Their were markings of a Xenomorph, even a few Predators, but all of them were bad blood, you could say Stone Heart is a bounty hunter for Hunter's Moon. He wanders around, looking for the most challenging and worthy trophies to take back to his clan elder. Stone Heart looked the monster up and down, this would indeed be his bst trophy, but he knew it would be the hardest. The Predator looked at his Glaive, grooves of where he marked it with Xeno blood, various patterns on it from killing the bad bloods and receiving a marking from each clan elder on his Glaive. He has killed many with this staff, and he plans on adding another groove, but this time he'd keep the trophy for himself instead of giving it to the clan for the clan trophy room. Stone Heart looked back to Fire, he roared only this to him, "Their are many rumors about you, I have come for you are a bounty now, and I'm a bounty hunter, you'll be my greatest trophy and for killing you, I'll recieve many rewards and get a new rank in the clan" then he took up his stance and waited, keeping his helmet locked onto Fire.

FireHunter, Human, 15 years ago

FireHunter felt the metal disk fly into his abdomen and felt it melt under the mighty acidity of his blood, he looked at the predator and grabbed a hold of the glaive, he pulled it out of StoneHeart's grip and threw it away. It landed with a clatter and then there was a loud thump as FireHunter's mighty paw collided with the predator's chest, sending StoneHeart flying backwards. FireHunter flew forwards, landing on top of StoneHeart and pummeling him with his fists. FireHunter leaped off of StoneHeart, grasped the glaive, and attached to the ceiling with it held in his tail, scuttling away to his special room.
Dragging the glaive with him.

StoneHeart, Human, 15 years ago

Stone Heart got back up and roared as the monster took his Glaive, he looked to his wrist blades, still double extended, he walks over to a human skull, picking it up, as he slowly makes his way towards the room. Once he reached the door, he stopped, and threw in a human skull he had found after the first fight, it going through the door. Stone Heart was waiting on Fire hunter to attack, to give away his position to the monster Predator, he cocked his head, waiting for something, anything to happen.

FireHunter, Human, 15 years ago

FireHunter watched as the skull flew into the room, clattering on the hard floor with a hollow noise, he picked it up and hurled it through the door, it hit the predator right in the face, shattering into hard fragments. FireHunter leaped from the darkness only a second after the skull had hit the predator, he hit the predator and they fell to the ground, going through the floor and hitting the next one with a huge thud that echoed around the place. FireHunter hit StoneHeart across the hallway, the plasmacaster on his back screeched on the metal floor, FireHunter jumped after him and his inner mouth punched a hole in StoneHeart's shoulder. FireHunter jumped back, hissing, awaiting StoneHeart's retaliation.

StoneHeart, Human, 15 years ago

Stone Heart jumped up, looking to his shoulder, before turning to Fire Hunter, he lunged for him, ramming his wrist blades into Fire Hunters neck, he jumps off of him and looks to his wrist blades, the acid having melt them a little, luckily he had put on his special wrist blades made from an unknown compound, capable of with standing xenomorph blood, apparently not PredAlien though. Stone Heart roars to Fire Hunter, "Well, looks like the PredAlien can't talk" He mocks, jumping back to about 30 feet from him, enough to get out of the way os Fire Hunter's next attack. Stone Heart smiles to Fire Hunter, so far enjoying the fight.

(Well firehunter, good fight so far, right)

FireHunter, Human, 15 years ago

FireHunter tried to roar at the Yautja that stood 30 feet away, all that came out was a hollow whoosh that emanated from it's neck. It looked at the predator and tore a huge chunk out of the wall, throwing it at the predator, it clattered on the ground and snapped the predator's shin, making it fall down on the ground with a thud. FireHunter charged and kicked it, breaking a rib and sending it skidding along the ground, FireHunter lifted the predator and tossed it into a wall, impaling it on a protruding shard of metal. StoneHeart slid off and fell to the ground.

StoneHeart, Human, 15 years ago

(let's continue fighting, because my Predator is as big as your PredAlien, well weight wise he is, but he's only 9 foot tall, your PredAlien is 10 foot, I think, so, he is technically stronger, pound for pound that is, but good fight so far, nice touch using the wall and maybe next time, instead of these two giants fighting, they could team up)

Stone Heart roared and got back up, looking at his broken shin, having a limp now. He activated his Plasma Caster, and fired a couple of times, about 3, 1 leaving a gaping hole in Fire's gut, the other ine Fire's chest. The third shot skimmed the top of his head, causing the layer of skin on it to come off. He roared at the PredAlien, turning and running, managing to make outside after a lot of turns and drops. He was out in the open, where he could see the PredAlien clear as day, if it came from anyside, he'd hear it, which is why his wrist blades were double extended, ready to fight, knowing Firehunter would be showing up where he was soon, he carefully fliped out of Tech vision and back into it, it the was only thing allowing him to see Firehunter, he roared, waiting silently to hear footsteps.

FireHunter, Human, 15 years ago

FireHunter released another silent rush of air as the three bolts slammed into it, knocking it to the floor, he got up, bubbling with silent fury and agony.
It felt like it was being mocked as StoneHeart roared at it.
FireHunter clambered through the air vents, which groaned and creaked and sizzled as acid dripped onto the metal and nearly a ton of weight moved through them.
It reached the outside and saw StoneHeart waiting for it, silently as it could, it leaped and landed right behind StoneHeart, who was already turned halfway towards it.
FireHunter slapped StoneHeart flying, then ran after him and grabbed his head, shoving it into the hole left by the plasma caster bolt, the helmet and dreadlocks burned away, as well as some of the skin on StoneHeart's head.
FireHunter took StoneHeart's head out of the wound and kicked him away, making him stumble.
FireHunter released yet another silent rush of air from his slashed throat.

StoneHeart, Human, 15 years ago

Stone Heart got back up, seeing his dreadlocks and helmet gone, he'd have to get new dreadlocks put in his skull. He looked up to the massive PredAlien, he roared and blasted it again with his plasma caster. Stone Heart roared again and watched as the bolt hit him in the neck, just on the other side, it being held up by just some skin. He double extended his wrist blades, charging forward, he rammed them into the little bit on remaining skin on Fire Hunter's neck, causing FireHunter's head to bobble back and forth as Stone Heart roars as Stone Heart, somewhat of a struggle, ripped off FireHunter's head, a victory roar leaving Stone Heart as he held the skull and spine up high, roaring again. He was thankful the hunt was over, he needed time to heal, get new dreadlocks, also new gear.

(hope you don't mind, but I had an idea for afterwards, if you wanna hear it, I'll do it anyway, you tell me yes or no if you like it.)

Only 3 years later, 3 young Predators were sent down to that barren place to retrive the stolen weaponry, they saw fresh blood, but figured it was a wild animals or something. the leader of the 3, Swift Knife, who was also the fastest, lead the other 2 into the facility. They collected all the weaponry, but had send one off, Long Spear's screams could be heard echoing throughout the whole facility. Fire Hunter had had only one child, he was protecting from everyone, which is why he had been so vicous and cruel. The little Fire Hunter was already as big as his father, and as mean and cruel too. The PredAlien roared as he ripped the Predator known as Long Spear in half, roaring as he did. He barreled next the other two, roars and shots could be heard as only Swift Knife emerged from the facility, the little Fire Hunter still hot on his trail, the reason Swift Knife got that name was becuase he was one of the fastest Predator's anyone had even seen. He ran back to the ship, it being already on, having left it on, he saw Fire Hunter still coming and pulled up, FireHunter managing to grab onto the bottom, causing it to crashing down, Swift Knife managed to send ou a distress signal, meaning Firehunter's son must have survived and hatched. Swft Knife stood up and walked out the ship, not even a second later, a tail struck through his chest, Swift Knife looking up, seeing the PredAlien, he managed to say, "Your dead" and the PredAlien threw him into a nearby tree, only about 10 feet from the ship, causing the tree to fall down and crush the Predator's body, breaking almost every bone it had. The Hunter's Moon ship recieving it, Stone Heart had recieved, as he was the only one to ever kill anything like that. Stone Heart stood up, walking to his skull of FireHunter, "so" He says, "it begins again" and with that, he looks to his weapon wall, having every weapon he had those years ago, this time the clan having upgraded them to their max potential, plasma forged wrist blades, plasma forged Glaive and Maul, even his dual plasma casters were plasma forged, along with his cerimonial dagger, and all his other weapons, except for his combistick. He looks at the signal from Swift Knife, clicking back to live footage, just as Stone Heart thought, another PredAlien.

(what you think?)

FireHunter, Human, 15 years ago

(It's good)
FireHunter roared as it's parent would have, it was as big and had the same capabilities of it's late parent, the beast was almost a complete copy.
Only the scars were missing, green blood slithered down it's carapace, sweet yet sour at the same time, and bits of flesh shuddered in it's jaws as it roared.
It's claws flexed and it looked up to listen to the drop pod carrying it's parent's killer, burning through the night sky.
FireHunter growled in anger at the memory of watching it's parent's head being ripped off by one of the strange creatures from whence it was born.
It unleashed a roar that echoed through the derelict building, walls collapsed from the sheer vibrations loosening them in their sockets.
It was ready for a quick vengeance, it ran through the building, paying little heed to the walls as they smashed before it's bulk.
It was outside quickly, feeling the shock wave of impact from the drop pod slamming into the ground, the headless body of FireHunter's parent jumped limply from the impact.
FireHunter lifted the pod from the ground before the predator within could even get out, the pod was slammed on the ground with the door facing downwards.
FireHunter placed a foot on the metal shell and pressed down, the sides were not as strong as the front, which was designed for pressure much greater than this.
The side crumpled and the predator within had to do something fast to stop himself from being crushed within the tight metal container.

StoneHeart, Human, 15 years ago

(so, is this FireHunter or his kid, and isn't that Swift Knife in that pod, or a Predator that came for the distress signal, cause Stone Heart is long gone, and is planning on coming back in the next fight though. so firehunter, good fight, maybe next time we could team up, two titans of unstoppable strentgh and force)

Stone Heart curses his clan lessers for sending an unblooded down to fight a PredAlien, the poor Predator never stood a chance. This Stone Heart was very pissed at, seeing as how he couldn't down again, elder rules, once you have a very worthy trophy, you can't go back down, but instead send someone else. This furiated Stone Heart, so he sent two of the young bloods who conned the unblooded to go down, even though it was forcibly done, it was done. Stone Heart looked out the window, down to the planet, seeing the two pods heading to where the other one went, he smiles, having sabotaged their ships, so they could only go down, and would be stranded down there.
