Chris was born into a well-off family on Earth, on the Great British Mini-Continent. He has had a facination with space travel since he saw his first sci-fi movie, Star Wars: Episode 128; he had intended to join the United Earth Space Navy, but due to circumstancres beyond his control he was kicked out soon after passing the entry exam. He was reccomended by his CO to apply for a job with the Marines, because they were always looking for qaulified pilots; he sent the application form in, and was accepted into the Alpha Draconis Squad.
