suddenly Leandros steps in and says to deathwraith "sir the melanie is being raped by lucifer" suddenly deathwraith runs toward the melanie dropping the skull. Leandros picks it up and runs, a while later he meets up with lucifer who has a black eye and says to leandros "geez i didn't think Deathwraith hated surprise birthday parties so much"

Deathdrop gets the Infinity Gauntlet (google it) and uses it to rewrite reality, granting him the skull.

...Until the Living Tribunal (ditto) shows up and takes the gauntlet from him. But he still has the skull, so it's all good.
