i noticed that P is level 9 and Dave is level 8 and they are only 1 point apart.
so does level 9 mean you are like a webmaster too? i was just wondering.

Prity much the only thing is Dave does not own the site and cannot edit it as fa as i know. Apart from that the rest of the power belongs to Dave.

but if P were to turn over the site to Dave would that make him a level 9 or what. i thought level 9 would be like webmaster rank.

it says it in the rules. but after rpg(depending on quality of posts i think) and if you have good topics that spark interest and/or have a fire symbol next to them.
