All time favorite is the jungle hunter from the first predator movie.

Although. I have to kinda agree with concretehunter, my second favorite is the predator from the game Predator: Concrete Jungle. Who was the sort of "kickin' ass and takin' names" bad ass we needed to make an appearance in the avp movies... Or Prometheus2, take your pick.
