I think my ads transfer from the top to the bottom of my screen everytime I scroll.

I've got an area on the bottom of the page that looks like an ad is supposed to go there, and actually, while typing this post, I realized that those two blue lines between the links and the "Home>Forum>Threadtitle" area are probably where the top ad gets squeezed.
