if you can find it somewhere on the internet or get a pic show me. and we'll see or have a mod that knows alot about aliens look at the pic if you can find one.

and why would it be a placenta if it came from an egg? the only way i could think of an alien with a placenta would be in alien: res. cause the queen gave birth to the NEWBORN without an egg.

hm dont remember. are you sure it was a placenta. or was it a sticky film covering the alien while it grows or sheds. like on some animals the film protects the animal from disease while it is vulnerable i think.
