Anybody know anything about Uwe Boll? I got an e-mail from someone saying he wanted permission to present my script to Fox. Pretty exciting, tell me what you know about this guy.
Also, I know there's a lot of talk about who the new direcctor should be for the film and I was thinking about that guy who directed "The Mummy," "The Mummy Returns," and "Van Helsing." I think his name is Richard Sommers. I'll look him up again. Of course if this Uwe Boll guy is interested in the script he'll probly want the role which would be fantastic as well.

i'll look into it, i think that's the guy. if it is, you must be pretty freaking excited considering he's a hollywood director. but i heard his films are bad.

well, which script are you taling about? this is what i've heard about uwe boll. never seen any of these films but he directed house of the dead and alone in the dark.

Sorry but I'd prefer it to be kept secret until I know what's going on exactly.
As for the congratulations we still have an extremely long way to go. We have to first sell the script which will take days, weeks, months, who knows. After that it's finding the director which takes just as much time, then the cast, crew, film location blah blah blah.
The list goes on and on but thank you all anyway. You're feedback has helped me reshape the script to be more acceptable.

dude this is so great, i knew that someone out there would think that even though many woudn't want to see an avp 2 that this was pure gold. there is only 1 problem, and it is actually one of the coolest things about the script. dutch is in it and that rocks, but if this is made, who will play him?

I'm gonna watch House of the Dead and see if Uwe Boll would be good as director, even though most people think he suc*ks. Like I said, your script is gold and even if he is bad, he can't possibly ruin your great writing.

I think Uwe Boll would fit the directors chair extremely well should he take it. His films are violent, and original. He also has adapted video games into film which is basically what we're all trying to do with AvP.

I did hear back from Uwe though and I'm not sure I should say everything in the e-mail but I will say that Paul Anderson apparently is not returning to the sequel.
