Celtic was probably more self-confident about himself than any of the other thr trio. He was probably the best 'leader'.

But it didn't look like he had much more weapons besides that, probably just those armblades and the netgauntlet. That's probably it, making him average out in speed against the other two ;).

For all we know, Chopper might have been the least experienced of the three, & the armblades may have been like a compensation. Well if he's less experienced than Scar then he's doing pretty bad, as Scar was an absolute joke. Although it could have simply been that he was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. The same situation could be said of Scar & Celtic, as Scar was a weed yet he survived much longer, mainly thanks to lex's constant babying of him, pfft.
