what are talking about anti-matter is very hard to make? we stumbled on how to create it by bouncing a bunch of beams off metal you think a race that has mastered intersteller travel wouldnt have caught on by now? besides an anti matter explosion is something that is still theoretical.

Considering how incredibly advanced predator's weapons are (& we've only seen their most basic equipment so far), I highly doubt that humankind would have been able to make a more powerful WMD. In AVP, their plasma beam sliced through 2000ft of thick ice, firing with pinpoint accuracy from space. Nothing we have at the moment can come close to equipment like that.

This is what we could create.

A multi-stage annihilation, fusion, annihilation ionized helium bomb would make an explosion three times as big as the Tsar bomb did.

Just so you know, annihilation is better than fission, if you annihilate an atom, it releases more energy than splitting one. And ionized helium atoms produce more energy than your regular hydrogen atom used in the hydrogen bomb. Therefore we could have smaller nukes that produce bigger bangs.


Why not use one of these multi-stage annihilation, fusion, annihilation ionized helium bombs to attack aliens "if we ever find any" And say after we use it, they go under ground, why not create a super-massive bunker buster. first we use a space ship. Then once it gets to the planet, it orbits it, with some kind of see through vision, that looks for life under the surface, and then shoot your multi-stage annihilation, fusion, annihilation ionized helium bomb, but on the back of the bomb, after getting within a safe distance from the ship that carried it there, shoots a miniature atom bomb to propel it, and right before it hits the ground, another miniature atom bomb propels it right through the surface, then when it goes into the underground base, the actual multi-stage annihilation, fusion, annihilation ionized helium bomb goes off under ground!


That would work. Nukes such as mine should only be for extra terrestrial bombardment. The nukes wouldn't have to be much bigger than a truck to produce a gigaton explosion. But a super massive bunker buster could create a dome of rock 50 miles tall if set off miles under ground. And the small nuke propulsion could easily send the missile through miles of rock.



Say the aliens were the Yautja, the effect of a super-massive bunker bust would be devastating. All we would need is a 100 stage super-massive bunker buster to blow the predators home world apart. Multi-stage doesn't need as much antimatter, so we wouldn't have to create more than 20 tons of it. That would only put us in a second great depression, and slow our military. And there is only one way to make anti-matter.

The humans of the ALien/Predator timeline have never been shown to have that kind of weaponry, therefore the preds win.
