There has never been a Predalien in the movies, so it can't really be said whether they change or not.

We have no idea what they will evolve into, or even if they will evolve. Xenomorphs seem to have reached the evolutionary peak of perfection. Be able to withstand extreme temperatures, and evolving so far that they don't even need to breathe. I don't see why they need to evolve.
