Perhaps the main flaw of the Weyland/Yutani corparation is that they do not follow the laws of Xenomorphs. The Xenomorph is a creature with an inteligence far surperior to ours, in a diffrent way. That is why something always goes wrong with the study of Xenomorph lifeforms. The laws of Xenomorphs are as follows.
1.) The capturing and study of Xenomorphs is not illeagal, but stupid. Do so at your own risk
2.) To do the above, do it alone, on an uninhabited planet, so no one else will have to die for your stupidity
3.) The Xenomorph is an intelligent life form who will almost always escape, place sentry guns every couple of feet and facing every direction to ensure the Xenomorph (and your employees) do not escape
4.) Do NOT do anything to alter the Xenomorphs biological code, such as Dr.Kadinskey's K-series or the Xenoborgs
5.) Have the entire marine force watching every single containment cell
6.) No smokeing, sneazing, chewing gum, sscratching your @$$, or cussing infront of the Queen, it will aggravate her
7.)In the case of a Xenomorph outbreak, blow up the planet inhabited by the Xennomorph to ensure the undirected growth of the Xenomorph doesnt occur
8.)When Predators want to hunt your Xenomorph population, let them
9.) Most important, Do NOT use the Xenomorph species as a weapon, it will backfire
