im surprised that weyland idustries didnt hear about the whole alien attack they're a big company with lots of contacts right im surpised they didnt do anything about it unless they didnt know about the alien creature yet but if they did why didnt they do anything theyve wanted the alien so bad that they kill for it dont know just a randome question

Well, weyland corp. is a business corporation. And the government kept it secret about the massacre.And weyland corp. in the future try to use the aliens as a war weapon.(I think)

remember welaynd is dead from avp so they are probaly trying to reorganiseand didn't learn of the events so after they are baick in business the WELAND-YUTANI COR. that we all know from the alien franchise will come about(with of course th yutani corp kepping the preds gun a secret possibally.)

Weyland industrias had lost their CEO just a few days before AVPR. They wouldn't have been able to do anything if they even heard about the alien attack.

In fact, if they hadn't been so destablized by his death, then Weyland-Yutani would never have been founded. If Scar didnn't kill Weyland then Yutani probably wouldn't have been able to buy them out. And then they wouldn't have the resources to get technology from Wolfs plasma gun and there would have been no Nostromo incident. No attack on LV-426, no Fiora 161 incidnet and no Ressurection.

Yeah, think about that.
