Strange Figure Concept

This has been posted recently. Its defanetly not from any movie. I doubt its from a book. The books are too adult like to have something like that. It may be from a comic book. Or it could just a model with no background. Just a model/prop/bust whatever you want to call it. Those are my guesses.

I recon it was made from a person who likes Warhammer. Cause the horse looks kinda something that was spawned by Chaos.
