For your first question: yes, you have to be in a clan to attend RPG's.
I don't know about the second question though.

Actually, no, you do not have to be in a clan to do any of them.

My skull 3, nope, its just a fun game, anyone can participate, and RPG's, it'd be best if you were in a clan. Or you could be a lone hunter I think.

Sometimes you could play part as civillians in RPG's, or smt.

I just got it yesterday, but I've made a pretty decent sig. For another forum tho, its like 460x160 too big for here, but I can post examples of my work on PS. Just can't wear the sigs here.

but im on a neighbors computer right now and I dont have access to Photoshop. Nor anytype of messenger :( *sniff sniff* I will tomorrow tho, I'll check my photobucket and see if its uploaded, doubt it tho.

EDIT: HERE is an older sig I made, Before stalker showed me how to use Photoshop.

there is a sig I made for my clan on AvP2 Online, Its more of a banner for the top of the forum. That was also before Stalker showed me how to use Photoshop. Anyway, Whats your MSN Armagedon?

to answer both questions- no, you don't need to be in a clan to participate in either event, although being in a clan gives you a strong alliance during RPG's.
