Sephiroth is the epitome of typical "look at me, I'm a badass" anime-ness. Fanboys/girls go crazy over him and praise him as teh bestest eva!!!!!1111one! when in fact they only know about him because of his horrible Kingdom Hearts rendition and not because they've actually ever played Final Fantasy VII.

If there was a Final Fantasy villain I liked, it was either Kefka or Kuja. Or Garland.

Not to say Sephiroth was a bad villain, but he wasn't the best, and is very, very overrated.

Like-wise, Kefka and Kuja aren't the best either, but I prefer them over Sephiroth, for too many reasons I don't want to list for the seven-hundredth time.

In case you were misslead into believing otherwise, i really don't like anything about the Final Fantasy series except for Rikku and Tifa, for the boobs you know, i only found out a character called Sephiroth existed a few days ago. Don't care, probably won't play any of those games. Stopping in the middle of the action to choose from an endless menu is not my kind of gameplay. That's why i've never played Metal Gear either.
