A bunch of black people running around looting because a human being was shot and killed by a police officer. Isn't the USA grand.

I'm trying to think the last time a crime was committed in the UK that caused a massive problem and it was this this. Thinking about it, the last terror attacks on US soil was 13 years ago.

The last terror attacks in the UK were not committed by Islamists, Infact they were British citizens attacking Mosques and Islamists. Mostly in an area with a 20% muslim population, The largest in the UK. Infact the latest nobel peace prize winner resides and attends school in Birmingham.

Despite these far too frequent terror attacks on both sides of the middle east conflict, The culture in the UK has far less tension and it isn't even publicized as a race problem by the media, Its a religion issue. The last incident i can think of in which race was mentioned (hardly) are the London riots from 2011.

What's with this oversensitive nature? You guys have an army that dwarfs the rest of the world, You have a culture of glorifying people who go overseas and kill middle-eastern people yet you don't appear to care if someone's a Muslim. In the UK we don't glorify our troops to your extent but in certain area's being a Muslim will get the shit beaten out of you, Hell in some parts of Birmingham being white will get the shit beaten out of you.

People are arrested all the time in the UK for their radical beliefs in the UK and no one cares.

Yet a police officer shoots a black man and nobody has anything to say anymore? People just go crazy. Its a big fucking parade when someone comes back from overseas fighting a threat which hasn't touched your country for 13 years.
Yet some race issue that was resolved a long time ago? Bam riots.

I have to much to say in the issue of race but when i look at the US it just makes me sigh, In the UK we have people actively burning Poppys (Which are a big fucking deal) over here. That would be fine if burning little paper flowers was the norm, But in the US in which gun crimes are a daily occurrence why does one stand out above the rest due to the possibly coincidental nature of the colour of their skin?

We have people who openly hate our service men and there is in some parts of the UK a real issue of race, I wish the people who are in the Ferguson area could come to Birmingham, Meet some Yardies and Muslims, Have a drive around and tell me they have a fucking race issue.

I don't really know what to say, you know, as a US citizen who lives in MISSOURI, they state in which the rioting is happening in. And you know, as someone who's brother is in the military. I mean, my brother was literally in Ferguson two days before this bullshit all started up again.

And it isn't really the US, or Missouri that seems to have an issue. It is the residents of St. Louis, specifically Ferguson that seem to be having an issue.

You see, the first time I ever set foot in St. Louis Missouri was when I was nine years old. We went to the zoo, we had fun, we went to the Spaghetti Factory for dinner. There was a fucking shoot out in there, WHILE I was there. I had never, ever, ever been present for the committing of a crime before then, and I haven't since then either. I've also never gone back to St. Louis. Coincidence? I think not.

Also, if we hadn't had soldiers over seas, do you truly, honestly think that there wouldn't have been terror attacks on US shores? Don't get me wrong, I think the war wasn't really necessary and kind of stupid that it happened at all. Then again, I wasn't there so I can't make assumptions about it from the US perspective. Honestly curious about on your opinion about it.

What about Trayvon Martin? That was in Florida. This appears to be a statewide issue. Guncrime is a statewide issue, This whole Social justice movement is a statewide issue.

As for your troops overseas, I don't actually think that it's stopped more terror attacks, If anything it's pissed them off more. I think the thing that stopped your terror attacks are the fact that airline security went through the fucking roof in the past 10 years.

Alright, I need your guys opinion. I'm stuck at a stalemate between helping my mom with thanksgiving, or saying screw it and stay in my room doing what I want.
