whos helping me with the film...kinda ma parents they might supply a few of the things i need ( how kind of them) but other that that myself. its just me the camera, the figs, the sets and windows movie maker..

So far I've shot and edited most of the film by myself with the figs, but I'm getting to a crucial stage that requires help from some of my friends. There's a really intense fight that I can't handle myself. All the previous battles were done by me, and they were murder to work on.

I feel for ya man, you know, you should try to get some people at your school or in your neighborhood to help you out. I was scared to ask them at first, but they jumped in willingly. I was so surprised that they actually wanted to help with movies. If they don't want to though, just promise pay. Maybe $10-$15 each????? And stop motion?!?!?!?! Dude, you're pushing yours a lot farther than mine, yours is gonna be difficult. Stop motion is hard, which you probably already know.

Hey man that was quality stop-motion, I admire your filmmaking talents. I can't wait to see aliens and preds duke it out in stop-motion. I've only experimented with stop-motion, I've never really made a movie with it.

you film sounds good though what type of speicel effects do u plan to use?

Well I used McFarlane figures and I think I'm gonna order that Queen figure you're using but idk because I want this one to be different from the others, hence my first idea was no Queen. Shoot, I'll probably even get that Queen even if I don't use it for the film, it's pretty cool enough anyway. What I did with the figures is simple. I call it "figuremation". I just posed them in front of the camera. Ex. My hand holding the lower body section of an alien and moving it to create motion. I did the same thung with the preds, and I used pickles for the preds' blood, and for the xenos, I used a combination of mustard, water, and cooking oil. Cooking oil was employed for the slime. The fights were quite intense. In one scene "War Chamber", I used my brother's Predators. I accidentally ripped off one of their heads, and one of them got snapped in half. Hehe, he wasn't too happy. For a movie made with toys, it's very violent. There are a number of other effects I used, but I won't spoil them until the film is completed and shown, for a magician never reveals the secrets to his tricks. All of these techniques are quite simple, and may seem corny, but they work effectively and believably.

im going to a thing called spacewalker today its a walkthrough a spacestation and darkhallways an stuffe it even has an alien drone burst from the airvent at u IN THE DARK!

it going to be freaky cuz they used a alien drone from the actual film avp (prop!)

yes i did, eer the song has to be saved to the computer the u click import audio or music find the file and insert it into the film if its on a CD use windows media player to RIP it on to the computer (RIP is just saving it to the computer hope that helped
