Mods please

Moderators, or any mods that are still active. Im asking permission to start up the myskull for this site. Im sure if the Myskull is restarted then some members may become active in this site. Last time I just started it and it got deleted because of some complications. This time I'm asking permission to do this. If anyone, still on the site agrees with me say so.
