I do not know if this topic will be about AVP, but if you pay attention, you will see that the developers are using the movies 'Aliens' and 'Predator' to help develop a body armor for our troops.

Bah shouldn't that respirator tube be inside the costume, to make it safer...? That's all i managed to notice, sorry.

Really, I am not sure if they are making this armor or not. Really, they have numerous ideas of body armor for our troops, for example, the game Ghost Recon Advance WarFighter. They say the bodyarmor in that game is going through testing and in 2010 or 2011, it will be issued to our soldiers. Now, I am not assuming this is true or fake but instead say it is a rumor.

I do hope they are coming up with some sort of armor that protects our soldiers effectively without hampering their movement. To survive on the battlefield, you have to be quick, both in mind and body.

there was some kind of speacial on sbs looking 50 years into the futrue about an alternative power source/trying to harness more energy from the sun. during this they evetauly showed an example of military amour that would stpo a sniper bullet but if the soldier wnet into cardiac arrest the amour would resusitate them and there was also the whole camaflauge thing aswell.
