how do I get AvP to work on XP???

ok heres the deal, my computer won't play MS-DOS games. unfortunantly, Aliens versus Predator Gold is one of these games. I know theres a way to get my computer to accept and install the game, but I don't know how.
any suggestions would be appresiated.

Which one are you talking about if it's AVP2 I had no problems either. But i have not got AVP but i've played it before at a mates place...

anyway this isnt good for me if that is what you meant, i was gonna get AVP2 gold, but i have windows XP.

What problems are you having with it? I originally had problems when I installed AVP on my computer as well.

it won't install it. AvP2 works just fine, its the first AvP thats giving me problems. it says it can't play DOS programes. it should still install even if it is a M-DOS programe.

the first avp wont work on my XP either D: i thought it was just the disc, but i guess not :x stupid windows >:C *eats bill gates*

yeah it sucks that XPs don't play M-DOS programes, I hope they come out with another version of the game that doesn't work on M-DOS programing.
