HOW CAN I GET MORE POINTS FOR STUFF ?

Im new in this and I dont know how to take points por weapons or how I can have more level , can somebody helpe please ?

Participating in RPGs gets you points. Unfortunately, you're a little late to participate in the current one, but you're more than welcome to participate in the next one.

A lot of this is explained in the rules, which I would suggest you read.
