found this and avp galaxcy news it has crap quality but it shows bits that werent in the red band trailer eg. the predalien sneeking up on a doctor behind the curtains and something about water and so on.
I've already seen it, but I didn't bother posting it up because of how terrible the picture quality was, it looks like someone's just taped it off a screen using a home video camera.
