Rules are located in links below sigs(sometimes) and in the top of the forum page in Red.

But rules are going to chnge (or so they say), so the most reliable source is the Q&A Topic.

Isn't the Q & A topic gone?

Well, I think the rules are only supposed to change in a way that it makes things clearer, not really any major changes- "ironing out the kinks". Still better to look at the rules the way they are now than not look at them at all.

And it does seem the Q & A topic is gone, i think that one should be remade,just incase

I got rid of the Q&A topic ages ago, nobody ever used it anyway.
