LOL, it's like the waiting time I had to endure when I first heard that the original AvP would officially be made. I am super hyped. Being a fan of the first AvP(did anyone else like it like I did?), I am frickin pumped for August 07. I like how they're releasing it in August. I'll have another memorable movie experience, exactly(maybe) three years after the first.

I am honestly not too fussed with when, or indeed if AVP2 is released, as long as it is a truly great movie which all alien & predator fans can be proud of, instead of slopped together rubbish which actually won an award for worst sequel of the year if I remember correctly

Hey be patient! If they would cratch the movie together in 2 months you could throw it into a trashcan lol I just hope it'll be good but I would've rather seen predator 3.

if one of the past directors (good ones that is) then it could work out well but i think after AvP none of them would touch it, though it would be good if they did, ive got very low hopes for AvP2 being a good film
