Authorization for a sound in a 3D short movie

Hi, I'm participating in a 3D short movies contest on Dailymotion, and this movie includes a sound from the AVP 2 start menu of the Predator's campaign, which I cut. I would like to get the authorization for this sound fx from Fox interactive or Sierra, but they seem to be inactive as I've looked for them on Google but the website doesn't work. Are they closed or rebought by another company? Thanks for your help dudes!

Serria's abandoned AVP2, you can play online for free, no CD key needed anymore. As long as you don't try to make money from the short film, I don't see any reason why you can use those sound effects.
