i think there might be sort of treatment that can remove the alien chestburster in our body without killing the host

Yeah there are two ways we know of from the movies: You get yourself to the nearest future army science facility, have the scientists remove the chestburster, and go on your marry way. Or you steal some of that blue goo from the predators and drink it.

it doesn't attach to your walls i think so regular surgery before it breaks out, have them dig under the sternum and rips it out
