An Agent

Well, while I've endeavored hard on this AvP2 script I had a nice half hour chat with a Jerome Siegel professional agent and he made it very clear that most people would steer clear of my project like the plague and recommended I do something original. So I'm dropping avp2 for now until I finish this next project.
I would like some feedback on this next story that I plan to write and it is in very very rough draft form and I still have no idea where it's going, but I'd like to share it.
My cousin has down syndrome, Trisomy 21 and I was fascinated by genetics in biology. So I was inspired to make an original super hero on the basis that they not only have trisomy 21, but a trisomy on genes 1-23 which gives him unnatural human abilities, reflexes, speed, strength the usual.
That's the backdrop of the story and like I said I have no clue where it's going to go. I just know that it's going to take place in Detroit Michigan and it will be something like a cross between Batman and Blade.
Tell me what you all think.

Yeah, actually funny thing I posted on the planet avp forums and they said there were a lot of things about the script they didn't like. So I do plan on making a fourth draft, revised final and possibly a fifth draft until I fine tune everything.
But like I said I've got an original project that I have to finish first and then I'll pick up avp2 again, and after that hopefully avp3 and predator 3.

It was great to put Dutch into it, but that may be a problem to find an actor to play him. People may not keep away from it, cause they could just advertise it a lot and screen it early to show that critics like it. Your original story sounds great by the way. What is the title? And if they don't accept it(crazies!), then maybe they would accept a Predator 3 or Alien 5.

In this war, their shall never be a clear winner. It will go on as long as our universe exists.
