What would happen if a facehugger got on the guy in the wheel chair on alien res., would it be a criple or would it be normal.

I believe the alien wouldnt be crippled becuase of how little DNA it takes from its host.

While in hospital (Getting a bone graft for my cleft), I thought about this subject briefly, and came to the conclusion that if it was genetic, as in his whole family had been cripeled and it had become a part of thier DNA structure (Unlikely), then the alien would be crippeled, but other than that, I have started to doubt that it would be cripeled. Maybe a 70/30 chance that it wouldn't be.

On second thought, no, it wouldn't get the traits even if the disability was genetic. Dosen't that result from a malfunction when the fetus is developing? I don't know, I'm not well-versed in this sort of thing.

Huh. I never read the novel. Maybe there's more info. in there? Oh well, if that's the case, it wouldn't be crippled. If he was paralyzed on birth, then yes, it would. Why? Because, explain the Dog Alien taking on the form of on-all-fours and being-slightly smaller.

Depends. In the Alien Res novel it implies that he was crippled in a gunfight. If that was the case in the film, then no, the Xeno would not adopt the traits.

if its a genetic disorder possibly, but its doubtful,xenos only take basic traits from the host (otherwise they would just be a complete copy of the host lol) so i think there is a possibility but would most likley be normal. if its not a genetic defect then there is no chance of it being passed onto the xeno

It depends on if the guy was paralyzed by an accident, or genetically. If it was an accident, the alien would most likely be healthy, however, if it was genetic, then with most likely would have some handicap.

Good question. I have no idea. My theory is it would be paralyzed in the legs.
