f acid blood was either:

frozen
heated
mixed up with an alkaline
dialated

would it still be as corrosive as it was before or not?

and if only one would change the acid which one?

That is easy u would need an alkilie but a strong one at that cause alien blood is very consintraited acid.Hope you under stand.

Hmmh, I think alien blood is a complex organic mixture of agents, which behaves like buffer agent against bases and stuff. Hmmh, even though I haven't created yet that green goo even I've played with acids... lol

Alkaline is not an acid, it is a base. Therefore, if Xenomorph blood (low pH, acidic) was to mix with an alkaline mixture (high pH), they would neutralize each other and the natural acid-base reaction occurs. Though you probably need alot of base and a strong one to neutralize it.
