i just wondering if a lone queen could start its own hive and how?

I think it could. it just has to lay a few eggs and if some stupid animal comes and gets facehugged then i guess thats how it would start.

i just thinking though does the queen go and hunt for potential host or does it just wait i thought it would be unlikely it would wait

no, for the Alpha Male of the Hive it would Most likely Wait, and when it matures enough it will send that Xenomorph to gather more hosts

I dont think queens ever go looking for hosts. The queen in aliens was chasing ripley because she kill her babies.

That was the same in AVP, the Empress chased Lex and Scar becuase they not just blew the Whole Hive up, they blew everysingle Xenomorph to pieces

Yeah, in a wierd way, but yeah it is like a mother, in Resurrection , when the newborn was born, The queen was comforting it and stuff, then BAM!

its a type of material that alot of bugs have as there exo skeleton. And the queen only goes out to look for hosts as a last resort. Even if she only brings back one thats really all she needs

lol that's right, that Xenomorph is smaller and will be albe to Stealthy stalk it's prey, bringing it back as a host so she really only needs one to start out in every Hive
