Personally, another stand alone Alien/Pred film wouldn't bother me too much. I'm much more interested to see how they will try & pull off AVP2, although right now, the hype isn't exactly overwhelming me.

There are plans for an Alien 5, but I don't think it will be much good, especially if they choose to drag Ripley through yet another Alien movie...I'm crossing my fingers for a new main character, hopefully with the same calibur as Ripley.
To my knowledge, there are no plans for another Predator movie. I guess they knew when to stop that franchise *shrug*

Actually... there is much better speculation of Predator 3 being just a next generation movie by the name "PREDATOR". Alien 5, is without a doubt, being thought about highly. But if AVP2 brings us fans to eternal hell, then say goodbye to those chances.
